This image was commissioned to illustrate the Polynesian legend of the Kava plant. To achieve the final result I overlaid photographs of decaying wooden doors, taken in the historic centre of Frascati, with computer generated models and digital painting.

This image tells the traditional Rendile story of how the flies were tricked out of their camels by man. The brief required me to emulate the rock paintings of Sub-Saharan Africa.
